A partner at Michael A. Hyman, PLC, Mike has over 15 years of trial and litigation experience. During and after law school, Mike was employed by David Holland Law Group, LLC, in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Subsequently, he worked for Getty & Associates in Fredericksburg and surrounding counties, handling a busy civil and criminal litigation practice. Upon returning to Williamsburg, Mike was a co-owner of Wagner & Hyman, PLC. Currently, Mike’s practice focuses on criminal defense and traffic litigation, personal injury, contested divorce and child custody cases, civil litigation, and business law. Mike graduated from Rutgers College in 1996 and William and Mary Law School in 1999. He is a member of the Williamsburg/James City County Bar Association and the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
